HELP - my axim can't syncronize to pc

hi, I'm a newbie.
I've buy axim x50v several days ago. And then I tried to upgrade the operanting system from wm 2003 se to wm5. The process successfully. but after I upgrade, pda can't syncronize with my pc. my pda connect pc using its craddle. my pc detect my pda, but it's detect as new hardware and require some drivers.
I think I just want downgrade to wm 2003 se. I already have files/program to downgrade my axim to wm 2003se. but even I run the program, my axim not detected. anyone can help me? please
if there are links which discuss / guide to this problem, please tell me. thanks

Usually when no one answers it means that no one knows the right answer for your problem.
Try reading this thread and other WM5 stickies.
BTW did you upgrade your Activesync?

You could also try deleting the relationship on the PC and recreating it. I haven't upgraded to 5 but I did have to do that once to get my Axim working again.

my specification is:
windows xp proffesional with service pack 2
active sync 4.1
office 2003

I've tried to delete the relationship, but it's not solve the problem.
the problem is my axim has detected by my computer, but as new hardware, and it's require some drivers. and then activesync not detect my axim, so do program for downgrade to wm 2003 se.

oh boy, i really need HELP
