really slooooowwww x50, even on 2003se.... processor stuck at 520 on 2003se

i have tried everything, and i can't get my x50 mid to work correctly. on wm5 it is buggier than usual, and on 2003se, it is super slow and the processor is stucka t 520 mhz.. help!!


my bis is gone in 2003se

yeah... it seems to speed up after a hard reset, but then it slows back down

Hmmmm. Looks like it didn't fully roll back. Did you try simply freeing as much RAM as possible?

yeah i did.... i just re-upgraded to wm5 because i couldn't stand it being so slow
wm5 was then really fast, but then after3-4 hours, it did the processor stuck at 520 think again... even with the filesys patch. i did a restore, mabey i just need to start from scratch:(
