what is maximum size of SD and CF cards tested in your x50v

i found a thread regarding the x51v but not the x50v

(the max for the x51v is... SD: 4 gb and CF: 8 gb)

my x50v ROM is A04 running 2003

if you state the max size that you know works... please say if you are referring to SD or CF

My X50v paired with Twinmos 150x 2GB, (4GB still quite xspensive here)

Actually Im planning for Transcend 150x 2GB but mention "not compatible" with X50v

I would expect that the ROM level would play into this at least as much as the underlying hardware.

I regularly run a 1GB SD and a 2GB CF in my WM2K3.2 X50V; however, I have used a 4GB CF successfully as well.

I have no problem using a 8GB CF and 4 GB SD.
