Battery charging meter

Hi All,

I am trying to diagnose whether my charging issue is with the X50v or my Arkon GPS powered mount. I keep getting a low battery warning and the power button is either red or flashing red. If I go to the power settings and look at the main battery, it will be alternating between charging or running off battery power. It should aways be running off the gps charger. The charger also runs my cell phone. The phone charges fine so I am leaning towards a X50 issue.

I noticed a funny thing when I put my X50v on its cradle. The power button on the X50 is red, the battery is at 97% and charging. The green bar that usually climbs to 100% is moving like a progress bar. Is that normal? I do not remember it doing that before but I might not have noticed.
