How to bypass the initial screen alignment

A while ago, I purchased a few Toshiba E750s with wonky digitizers. While searching for repair information, I came accross a utility from a company called Code Factory, which allows the user to remotely bypass and align the digitizer from the PC on a PDA that was hard-reset.

They have updated the utility and have included canned calibration files for popular PDAs, including the X50/X51 series.

The utility is available here: http://www.codefactory.es/descargas/...eAlignment.zip

Code Factory specialises in applications for visually impaired people and this utility allows them to use the PC instead of trying to line up the small crosshairs on the PDA.

Cheers

Well, a number of users here have had issues with their digitizers not functioning properly after a while or dying on them outright. After a hard reset, some of these users are not able to get past the calibration screen on the PDA.

This utility allows these users to get past the calibration screen and to install a pre-configured calibration for the digitizer. It also allows them to access their PDA's BIS and other memory. Yes, it won't fix a damaged digitizer, but it does offer some assistance.
