I have a x50v that's pushing 2yr old. I have a cradle at work and at home. For the last few months it doesn't seem to connect well in either station. It will synch without difficulty, but the power light often goes out. If I jiggle it a little it will come back on, but it's hard to make it keep a power connection. There are times when it's in the cradle for a long time but the battery isn't charged.

Seems like it has to be the PPC and not the cradles since it happens with 2 of them.

Anyone else had trouble with this? Any suggestions?

I had the same problem - I sent my unit to pocketpctechs.com, the repaired the synch connector and returned the unit promptly. The total cost was $55 + my cost to ship to them. I reccomend HIGLHY - service was excellent and quick
