keeps powering up by pressing a button when off.

For some reason, my x50 2003se? keeps turning on when I press any button inc wifi. Every time i put it in my pocket, it turns on. It didn't use to do this. I have checked all teh settings I can think of. Where else should I look for this setting?
I have:
Memory maid
pocket player
tcpmp
tweaks2k2
x50 mix
resco file explorer
handy switcher
photo viewer
resco registry editor
se_vga
theme king plus
and a tone of games.

How about Start, Settings, System (tab), Power, Power On (tab), uncheck the boxes(s)?
