Aximsitex50icon X50 Turns on but does not function

Hi Folks
I have a axim x50 it turns on but does not go further . I did hard reset and soft reset and it didnt help . Any help or suggesstion would be appraciated.:hide:

what do you mean "does not go any further"? I think we need more details. What shows up on the screen? Do the hardware buttons work?
