Hi,
I had a birthday date on my calander. I opened the notes tab so I could add a note, but no text will show up. I even tried hand writing and recognition, but I could not make any letters appear on the screen!

Any suggestions?

Occasionally this happens to me on my X50v. They way I resolved it is to reset. Then the notes should show up and you can edit them. It works for me. Good luck.

I also cannot write appointment notes nor task notes. I can write NOTES - the yellow post-it notes - but the others are not transferring and can not be written - what happened?

ValCor was correct. Reboot.

I had that problem and found out through trial and error that it was the Switcher app that was causing it on my X50v. Once I installed Magic Button and soft reset, I never had it happen again. Maybe...?

Where did you get "magic button" from?
