i dont know about you guys but i know for sure with me i have had no problems at all works flawlessly keep all of the progs on my SD card and music and videos on the CF. it feels faster and my battery life is longer especially when i listen to music i listen to music all the time on my axim so i can tell the difference =] but hey thats my opinion if you want to make sure that your pocket pc can run the latest programs i say do the upgrade=]
