Take real care not to leave your Axim in a hot car! I live in Phoenix where it is about 114 degrees today. I left my X50 in the car for about two hours. Even though it was in the shade it probably got to 140 dgrees inside the car. When I finally realized where I left it I retreived it from the center console and it felt blazing hot and would NOT turn on!
I took it in the house and changed out the battery with a cool one, and let the whole thing cool down. It would not turn on for a long time. About 40 minutes later it turned and had a warning message to either loose the data or reset it. I chose to reset it and it came back just fine. I fear that if I left it out longer it would have simply fried the innards! Has anyone had that happen to them?
