Mad [x50v] Patterns on screen, is this common?

Hi,
I,ve been using my ax a long time. When I've upgraded to wm5 a strange problem arised. If I leave my pda turned off for a night a pattern on whole screen appears and all icons and wallpaper is corrupted. Pda is working ok and new content is drawn correctly (except icons). Is this a known bug in wm5 for axim? I've been searching forums but haven't found anything. I've got this problem on both A01 and A02. I will provide a screenie when this happens again...

Edit: forgot to mention that after restart everything is ok, and it never happened during usage

Pretty common. Try searching for 'mexican blanket' . i think that is what everyone who has seen is calling it.

Thanks bigdave240!
I've never noticed it on WM2003 and it usualy happens overnight.

From what I understand there is no fix for that...
