Yes, I checked the lock switch. I was trying to reset it by pressing the power + wifi button at the same time but didn't work. Anyway, my husband fixed it already. He did the same thing, pressed the power + wifi button. Maybe I wasn't pressing it right when I tried. If this will happen again, I will take note all your tips.

It actually is and I haven't done the hard reset yet. I was trying to nurse it through this week before I did that. Maybe it was a fluke??

Soft reset = push button in hole on back with your stylus. Hard reset = push power button and reset button on back at same time then follow the instructions on the screen by pushing the appropriate button (not a screen touch). Welcome to Aximsite!
