reformat (or check) the ROM of x50v

Is there any tool that can reformat (or check) the ROM of x50v? I suspect something is wrong with my ROM, because I can't see "Built-in Storing" in the "File Explorer". I only can store data into the RAM. Thanks.

From your earlier post it appears you tried to upgrate to WM5. If you've lost your ROM, you can use the CD to reinstall. If you don't have a CDROM, then I hope you kept the WM2003 image to restore...

Yes. I tried to upgrade to WM5 in order to solve the BIS disappear problem, but failed. It always freezes when formatting the flash ROM. I've returned to 2003SE A05, but still can't see BIS. I also tried changing the language (English to Japanese, and then back to English)

, but it didn't work for me either. I just want my BIS back.
