Hi, can anybody help.

Have not used x50 416MHz for about 6 months (was working fine then) - turned it on and did hard reset to get back to factory default. Now, whenever I enable bluetooth it locks the whole machine up. The bluetooth light starts flashing and progress bar gets to nearly 100% then locks up. Everything else works fine except this. Have to do a hard reset again to get anything working.

Have tried overwriting A05 software - will not let me overwrite with same. Also, tried DOWNGRADING op system to A4- will not let me downgrade!
