My brother in laws x50v just died. I put it into the USB cradle and let it charge till green, and it does not turn on.

I tried to take the battery out, its stuck, physically, It will not come out. I do not want to damage it so I did not force it.

it is an extended battery 2200mAh - replacement.

any ideas?

by the way I'm completely new at the pocket PC, so if there is like a locking mechanism or something for the battery let me know, although i have not found anything on the internet stating otherwise.
