Aximsiteactivesyncicon AXIM X50 Connector Problem

Hello

I have a question about my AXIM X50’s AC connector which pin’s are what is their a pin-out data sheet available somewhere on this site that I can take a look at. I seem to have lost the abilities to sync in the cradle now sense I purchased a mobile cable and adapter from Boxwave I’m wondering if the fact that plug is so new that it may have pushed the pin down so there is no contact with PDA? Any help thank you………

I have never tried to find this datasheet. However, one thing that comes to mind is to try and search for the HTC part number of the axim, or at least the family of PDA's that are mfg'd by HTC that are compatibile with the x50.

Since HTC made the Axims.....it maybe easier to find the schematic by doing searches for HTC.

Someone posted the pin out connects of the A50 series awhile back. You'll need to do a search.

Loss if sync capability could be many things. I assume you've done a soft reset? If so, try wiggling the PDA in the cradle to see if it'll make contact. You can also reload ActiveSync on your PC. I've had to do that a couple of times. You may have a bad cradle too.

If you do have a bad pin in your AX it'll be difficult for you to fix.
