First off, you must remove the four rubber parts on the back that obscure the Torx T5(non-security)screws which you need to remove.
After removing said screws, the device will still be held together by six latches on the front bezel, three on each side. Try to force open the device near the sides or bottom, but NOT the top as there is a catch that will make your job harder and potentially result in the cracking of your front bezel.
As soon as you pry off the front bezel, make sure that you don't break the thin microphone wires, as the microphone is nestled in the front bezel with wires leading to the motherboard rather than being soldered directly onto the motherboard itself.
After that, you can easily lift out the innards of the device. You'll need to unscrew four small Philips screws to remove this plastic backing on the rear of the motherboard, however. (Removing these screws will also allow you to remove the metal plate/frame on the front that houses the screen, buttons, and speaker.)
It may sound confusing without any pics, but it should make sense as you go along.
