The action button stopped working?

Hi All

My AXIM x50v has been sitting in its cradle for a while (like 6 months!!) now the action button has stopped working. All the rest work, and the action button used to, but had been a bit flakey.

Anyone have any bright ideas to get it going again??

Thanks

Have you tried a soft reset? And have you tried remapping the button? (Settings - Personal tab - Buttons)

I don't know if you are confident enough to open up the unit and mess around inside, but your problem may be the command button ribbon cable. This connects the button assembly to the motherboard and is attached via a tiny white connecter in the very bottom left of the unit. It may be that this connected has simply become slightly unplugged.
