I have sync problems. I have to wiggle the Axim in the original crade to get a hot sync and then it immediately stops working. I have a new cable and the that does not connect at all. Three different cables all the same problem. I am sure the problem is in the Axim.

Is there any repair service that I can take it to in the North Atlanta Metro area? I would like to avoid shipping cost.

Typically, this is a problem with the cradle. I've already had one go bad and the second one now is having similar problems. I wiggle the PDA until it syncs with the PC. :(

It could be the Ax. but I doubt there's anyplace in Atlanta. :(

Pocket PC Techs is probably your best bet to get it fixed. :)

I bought a new cable and have yet to get it to sync. That leads me to belive it is in the Axim. A third older cable that was giving intermitent problems will no longer even charge the Axim battery.

Contact Pocket PC Tech. They can tell you the cost and they can fix it and mail it back in short order. :)

They get very high prasie from the folks around here. Also ask if there's an Aximsite member discount. :)
