scopits

Hello
I have an X50V that boots up and gets 75-80% of the way and stops (indicated by the green bar at the bottom after a reset). It has never worked as far as I know and is a new item. Does it sound like something that a novice would be able to fix?

it isn't a 100% new item, as it shipped with 2003se which doesn't have a percentage bar at all... so someone has upgraded it at some time.
