The rest do not work _ I have tried several soft resets but still unresolved.
I cannot do a hard reset because one of the button is not working.
Any solutiond to the buttons issue?
Any software that will hard reset my axim?

I have the same problem with my x50v. It has been like this for a couple of years. I disassembled it and found that the flat cable that connects the buttons to the main pcb is damaged. It looks like the damaged was caused by the bezel as there is a plastic piece right above the damaged spot. I have never been able to find a replacement button assy. I mainly use my axim as a media player now, but it would be nice to have full funtionality back.
