Hi there,

I try to change the system to WM5. When I asked to hard reaset the PDA it stayes of.

I try to soft reaset, Hard reaset, medium reaset, take out battery and try to turn it on in cardle with no successe.

Please halp me ASAP I need it for trip use in few days .

You may need to remove the main battery for a few hours. This will drain the backup battery and allow for a hard reset.
