USB Cradle light

The light beside the Dell logo on my cradle does not illuminate. I believe the light is supposed to turn green when the backup battery is fully charged, and amber when it's charging.

Anyone else have this problem?

I thought the X50 cradles didn't have a light. The X3/X3i/X30 cradles do have a blue light, though.

Sometimes the obvious questions have to be asked. Did you place the extra battery in the cradle correctly so that the contacts are aligned? If so, you're correct.

Ok, thanks for the replies! Now I feel dumb, because I thought I read backup battery (the one in the Axim inself) in the manual rather than spare battery.

So I guess everything is well with my new X50v! =D
