Just make sure that your bluetooth light and your wifi light are both blinking and you should be able to use both.

They do work fine together and I use them that way on a semi-regular basis. I've found they seem to work better together if you use the WiFi and Bluetooth icons on the Today page to turn their respective radios on and off. As you no doubt know, the LED in the upper right corner of your unit will blink green for WiFi and blue for Bluetooth. The blinking will alternate green/blue when they're both working.

P.S. Get the new ROM upgrade for your PDA if you haven't done it already. The BT radio tended to mess up the WiFi radio sometimes and caused the PDA to lose track of the built-in WiFi card. No problems with this after the upgrade.

Ok, I have finally gotten them to work. Seems a bit dogey, though. I had to do a soft reset while I had the wifi enabled and on, then turn on the BT, making sure the keyboard was on first. Well, it works now, but I hope they come up with either a better keyboard driver or new ROM. Yes, I have already run the current ROM update...

I had hoped that some magic would be included in the ROM update that would allow me to use my Think Outside BT keyboard Nothing I've tried has worked, whether wifi is on or off (tho' the BT program won't even open without turning off wifi and a soft reset. The software for the kb never seems to be able to find the bluetooth stack, and if I try the other way, it tells me the device has no useable bt stuffs

When I contacted Dell Support they sent me a new Axim x50v, but I ended up having the same problem on the new one. Tech support from TO was awesome, but nothing they suggested worked for me.

I guess I'll see about trying an IR one somewhere to see if that works, but I won't buy another one without being able to test it first.

I have the TO IR keyboard I bought for my TH55. It also works very well with the X50v, however, it sits in the support in a manor that makes it hard to charge. It does work, though, and is much less expensive. ($150 BT, $70 IR)
