Word Completion Stopped!

Hi Guys,

Maybe someone has a quick fix for this problem but my word completion has stopped working. The settings are correct and it is enabled. I have tryed a soft reset, yet no luck. Memmaid could not have removed anything it shouldn't have could it?

Has anyone got any ideas?

I'd prefer not to do a hard reset too... just in case you were wondering... :)

What do you mean by word completion? Do you mean Wmobile will not provide you word choices after tapping a few letters? DO you mean you cannot enter any words at all? Does this occur in all data entry in all applications or just some?

hi doorkeeper,

I just mean in the X50v that in applications like word, notes etc... that it stopped offering me the completed words after i had typed a few letters.

Good news is that it stated working again. I am unsure as to the reasons it stated and stopped but if it working then that is ok. I guess it just needed a holiday?? :)

For future reference, you can check the status of word completion by going to Settings> Input> Word Completion Tab.

You can then set it up however you like.

yep i know... it was set up fine... which was why i posted this message. Who knows... one of those bugs that just poped up to say hi for no real reason.

Since you did not change anything, and it happened before, chances are it will happen again. When it occurs again, take note of what was running, and how much ram you had available at the time.
