When I try the Video play on my Axim X50V Self Diagnostic it won't pass! Need help!
Do I have a broken PDA?
Video play works on Windows Media.
I tryed the A02 upgrade but it didn't help

Mine says it failed as well and my Axim works fine. I think it is a bug in the Dell diagnostic software. To tell you the truth I don't think it is all that usefull of software. As long as you are not having any problems playing video I would not worry about it. If you are having problems a better resource can be found at www.aximsite.com :)

Mine has always said the same thing, but anything I play ubder WMP or BetaPlayer seems to work OK.

I’ve got the video test to work after some steps:

1 - Backup
2 - Did a hard reset
3 - Turned on Bluetooth
4 - Turned on diagnostic tool ignoring the advice to turn of Bluetooth
5 - Pressed test 2 times (second time was behind the waiting round warning thing) on the video test screen.

Restored backup video test stopped to work
