Hi

I tap on the little bluetooth icon and it fires up. The blue light flashes.

When I go to connections and tap new - it says that there is no Bluetooth hardware on this device.

Do I have a problem?

Do I need to do a hard reset?

this is one time you might actaully need to run the dell self diagnostic tool. (it's on the cd that came with it) run that and there is a wireless test then you can see if you pass
