There is an adapter (sold by 3) that will turn a headphone socket into a BT one... It may be a bit bulky but might work....
(personally when my phone contract expires i'm getting a bluetooth phone instead)

I am not sure I understand your question?
I use a jabra BT heaset with my axim x50v and many other users use other brands.
Do a forum search on bluetooth headset.

Hi
You said that you are already using a Bluetooth headset with your axim x50v. Are you using a CF GSM/ GPRS compact flash card for phone calls? I use a Audiovox RTM-8000 Ti-Band GSM/GPRS Compact Flash Card.
I’m told that because the audio/ voice comes from my cf cards jack plug I will have to get an adapter to plug into the jack.
The prospect of this isn’t appealing as I will end up having a tower of add-ons reaching up to heaven soon as the gsm card is bulky on its own.
If you are happily using a Bluetooth headset without any adapters I would be interested to know what hardware/ software you are using on your axim to make calls
Thanks

cpmohindra -
please do a search in this forum , as I have explained the process a few times already.
orangeblob -
I have not used a GSM/GPRS/EDGE CF card with my x50v , but I have used my jabra BT headset , skypeout running on my x50v and wifi to make phone calls.
surely the CF card must be able to output audio through your axim , maybe a few google searches are required??

You'd would need to make a cable to conect the CF audio out to the Headset jack on the X50 to connect the two. Can the axim use a bt headset and an ordinary headset at the same time???

If you really want to do that, sell the x50v and buy a smartphone.

Here, Here!!!!! Not only that but don't think their hardware support line could't drown a flea in a egg cup. When I used the e-mail support of audio.....which came with the cf card I didn't get a single reply. Not one sausage from them. 5 E-mails I sent. Think they are drinking too many chocolate cups of tea from that tea pot.

If it wasn't for the fact that they were free i think there would be a queue of people outside their offices demanding their money back... Still there's always ebay :)

News Bulletin:
Audiovox has always sold crap, been crap from the beginning when they were mostly a Radio Crap product. Even if the phone is "free", you are still buying the phoen though your monthly cell bill one way or the other...My motto has always been "You get what you pay for!"

I think thats a bit harsh.. The gsm/gprs card does do what it says on the tin. However its just that everybody wants to use it a different way than Audiovox wants us to.
I got it free... but audiovox makes $0 from my cell phone bill as it is unlocked and can be used on any network.
