Just got my X50V when i power up the cradle the light flashes green then amber
then goes out
while the device is in the cadle the light stays out
if i take the battery out and put it in the back ( the extra battery charger place on the cradle ) the light will go amber like it is showing it is charging

do I have a defective cradle??
or is the connections on the bottom of the X50V toast?
this is brand new and just arrived last night

yes it syncs fine
just does not seem to show it chqarging when in the cradle

The amber light on the power button tells you the battery installed in the device is charging. When it turns green the battery is fully charged. The light on the cradle tells you the charging status of the spare battery (if you are charging one).

BTW, welcome to Aximsite!

Mine does the same thing. The only time the light comes on is when I re-plug the charging cable in the back. Sorry if this doesn't help

ok so that just the light for when you have a battery on the extra battery port then and the light on the device itself is the indicatior,, my old one the cradle light up is all
