Question Can't delete file with starnge filename in BIS

Hi, I'm newbe in v50x

last night I try to install teamone reader, after install, I start teamone reader, than it promet "move all book to bookshelf?", I answer "Yes", than it search file in my BIS(Built-in Storage), it want move my e-sword bible file to book shelf, but failed. than on the BIS\my document\BookShelf\, it create a file "Filename(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1 ).pdb". now every file in BIS can be delete or rename, but only this one can't.

if anyone could help ? or teach me how to clear BIS? or Format BIS ? I hv done (hard reset)cool-boot, use resco explore, delete form My pocket PC, always can't work...

You might see if you can rename the file and then delete it. You might also try to uninstall teamone reader and then try and delete it if the above doesn't work as it might be in use.

TKS for your suggestion ... The file can't be renamed and deleted .. I hv try to hard reset, but same. now the teamone reader can't work now. because when it start, than search documents, than exit automaticly.... even I hv cahnged folder name !!

like this "Filename(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1 ) .pdb". there is many "(1)" in the tail of filename ...

You can not format BIS.
If there is a file that cannot be deleted from BIS, then you will have to live with that.
No Soft Resets, Hard Resets, even ROM Upgrades won't help you.

Though there is one solution. But it's very troublesome.
I do the change language trick.
