Static/Hissing Noise

When listening to movies or MP3s w/headphones, I get a static/hissing noise on my X30 mid. I've tried several sets of earbuds/headphones and they all reproduce the sound. Is this something I just have to live with, or is there a workaround? Is it a symptom of a bigger problem with the X30? Thanks!

After I click on a icon, I get a beep...and then a noticeable hissing noise. I have an X50v. I'm also curious if anybody else hears this.

Depends on the X30, some suffer more than others (judging by reports of other X30 users).

You need to get some earphones with a inline volume control, you can than adjust the volume till the hiss becomes less noticeable.

It's nothing to worry about and normal AFAIK.

I have the same problem using dell 50v. :rolling:
The noise happened every time if any media files are playing
The problem happened as with Windows media player, as in TCPMP player
Does its may be occurred because of any hardware problem, or any solution in software level is needed?

Thank you,
Alexander

Exclamation Solution

DO NOT USE 16 ohm headphones use 32 ohm (or above) instead
