Can some one guide me on how I can set up my pda to go to the today screen with all its goodies instead the home screen when I turn it on. WHere can I set this? Thanks is advance and happy labor day!

t just Start>Settings>Owner Info>Options>Uncheck Idenification Info

I'm not sure if I understood your post, or the poster's post above me.

Every time you soft-reset, (tell me if you are not familiar with any terms I use) after the Axim is finished booting-up it goes to what we call the "Today Screen".

What you might be talking about is the "Programs" area where you can launch all the installed programs on your ppc (pocket pc).
Or you may be referring to the "Home" place that can be accessed by tapping on the start menu at the top left of your screen ,(the programs area can also be accessed from the start menu).

The Home application tends to remind me a little of palm's main screen of my sony clié sj22/u except that Home is very limited and almost no one uses it (to my knowledge).

You are right I am referring to the Programs screen as home. And the Today screen is with the blue bacground. When I soft reset I go straight to the today screen and that is my preference. thanks

If you wanted to make the "home program" (or any othe program) open on starup (soft reset) just open the file explorer and find the program and or shortcut that you want to start. The shortcut will have the same name as the program, or may say "shortcut to...." and copy it into the startup folder under \windows. You may have to dig a little for the file. It'll be either floating aroung loose in the \windows folder or in the \program files folder that you see when you first open file explorer (highest folder group) good luck. if you need more help I'll be happy to post some screenshots.

Don't Panic!

If you want all your programs to show as a plug-in on your today screen then get a program like Scott and Michelle's Launcher.

i have mine set up so ALL of my program icons show up in a 5 row x 12 column panel about an inch tall! very nice!

I can't make "cLaunch" work, even can't find it !! Hello tmuka: could you give a hand ?
