Hi, first post so go easy ;)

Just got an x50v, great so far except Activesync :(

Seems that most of the time it just won't connect and eventually gives a comms error! I've been fiddling about and tried everything I could find on this board but it was still doing it.

I 'think' it may be happening when my wireless is enabled, so far it seems to work when its disable, but I'm still testing....Do any of you guys find this too?

I may just be being stupid, are you meant to have wifi off to use the cradle to sync? I dont have the manual.

Welcome to Aximsite for starters :)

Did you read the Activesync tutorial by Frenchy? It may halp you out. For me I just installed activesync (don't plug cable or Axim in until the install is finished and you have rebooted your PC). If you have not done so install MS Outlook before activesync.

If your still having issues let us know. It might be a conflict with a firewall or something. You need to make sure you allow activesync through the firewall and access to outlook. but is should ask you the first time it trys to connect.
