Ordered my Magnum on Sept 5 from innoPocket, while the site said out of stock. Got email next day confirming order and 4-6 week delivery time. Got email Oct 3 saying it was shipping, Postmark is dated Oct 5. Arrived Oct 13.

I ordered my magnum case directly from innopocket Oct 13 and recieved it today (Oct 19) by regular post. I'm really happy with the fit and finish. My connector seems to fit without modification. The only wierd thing is that color appears to be dark blue and not black like the photos.

Aquariaguy,
I didn't see the discount code until after I ordered. "MacWorld" is the code floating around here. You may have to keep checking the innopocket site or pre order one since they are currently out of stock. good luck!

i have the case, but no X51 (yet) I think a more important ,to me, mod would be to put a hole in the cover so you could power it on without opening it.. i use my X30 as a mp3 player at times in the car, and i don't want to have to open and close the case all the time.
(i do a lot of opening and closing as i get in and out of car alot, with job)

Well I am getting more ambitious, I have ordered a mugen 2200ma battery and wonder if I can cut a section out of the back of the innopocket to accomodate this.

I'm wondering if I can cut out a column of padding from the back of the case and see if I can fit a 1800mAh battery in but without the battery door. Of course I would have to jam the battery door sensor too. I'm told the 1800mAh battery is about 9mm thick. Anybody both both a magnum and a 1800mAh battery? Is it within the realm of possibility (without having to bend or stress the case)?

The Belkin Travel Charger plug fits fine, as does the standard Dell plug (once some material is filed away from the plug).
It is usually better to modify the least expensive component or the one that is more easily modified. For this example, the plug fits both criteria.

i'm wondering about the 1800mAh extended battery...and maybe a mod reducing the amount of neoprene behind the axim so the extended can fit
