I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these (

I was looking for something a little on the personal-sized side - say for just me when I go to a hotel that has wired connections but no wireless connections.
Also, does anyone knows of any Bluetooth radio (FM or XM) tuners? Any that also will allow recording, or will recording only happen through a separate program like ReplayRadio (or do I just not fully comprehend what ReplayRadio can do)?
