This is a branch-off from my current

thread.
So anyways I emailed back and forth with cases.com and tried to ask them if I could exchange cases because I had a PDAir case that had a nonremovable knob. I explained to them when I had purchased the PDAir Aluminum case with extended battery fit, I had bought it because I thought the knob was removable (the pictures on the site didn't show any knob on the case). This representative, Roman, from Aluron Inc. told me that my case was riveted and that they "just" received a newer model that had a removable knob. I'll be darn, but I'm not sure if this is some cheap-ass way to get more business from them. Because I had opened the package (it has to be "UNUSED and with COMPLETE ORIGINAL PACKAGING"), I can't exchange nor return it. So now it's forty-bucks down the drain and a case with a knob I don't want

... Sorry for the rant, I just wanted to release some steam.
In the end, I have two options: either drill this knob out, or I could just resell this case on this site.
