I'd say eBay or Dell.

You may be better off finding an el cheapo low-capacity CF card. I know I've got 8 MB and 16 MB cards that came with our digital cameras that are way too small to do anything worthwhile with except maybe to put them in to just "fill the gap".

Radio Shack has cheap, 'bout $2.00, CF card cleaners.
Just purchase the cleaner use the plastic card w/o the wipe!

I couldn't find this on RadioShack's website, but I found it on Amazon.

Excellent idea! I could swear I just saw some of those kits on clearance at a Staples store. I smiled and thought, "who would ever use one of those...?" Replacing a missing cover is a great use.

I also think getting a CF card is a really good idea. Low capacity ones are cheap or free after rebate, and if you have $50-100 for a 1GB to 2GB there is nothing like being able to carry around a bunch of music and a couple of movies wherever you go...! (I always have a 2 GB in my Axim with maps and movies, and a separate 1 GB card with music.)
