I thought that x51v didn't work with some BT headsets but am I wrong?

I have a Plantronics Explorer 320 and I can only pair the device.... no services available.

As far as I know you are sadly right. The axim only knows a few BT profiles and the one you need (BT Headset or BT Handsfree) are not in that list. Please go complain as loudly as you can to Dell.

No, at this time there are not BT headsets that work as the BT service for headsets is no longer available. If you wish to use a BT headset, go back to a X50v.
