Battery wanted
New to this, but where do I purchase an Axim 51v spare battery from. I've looked at length at the UK Dell website but this item must be hidden somewhere. Help please.

I've purchased 3 OEM's on e-Bay all for around $12.00 plus shipping.
Here's just one I found for a little more: http://cgi.ebay.com/ORIGINAL-1100MAH...cm dZViewItem
But keep looking, there's better prices!

Thanks Wooch. Lionbattery list Axim 50 batteries and I have purchsed two of these. They fit into the 51v but are almost impossible to remove, without damaging thee battery or the Axim.

Also, lionbattery do not give any details concerning shipping to anywhere except Canada and an adjacent country. I live in the UK.
Many thanks again for your suggestion.

Wow, really? So there is a difference in the batteries? How so? I am VERY interested, as I have never heard of this!

Yes, the OEM Dell Batteries will most likely give you the best fit. For my X3i, I have the standard battery and a 1800 mAh high capacity battery, and fit has not been an issue.

I'm not sure why the Lion batteries have a fit issue. Could be a difference in the engineering or manufacturing design? Plastic casing is thicker?

Thanks very much.
I note that Aximcases state that the batteries "are the same size as the originals", imteresting, maybe they know there is a problem with other makes.
Thanks again.
