If by battery extender you mean a higher capacity battery. The stock Sena case works with the Mugen 1800 battery just fine. I believe they have cases for even higher capacity batteries.

oh i mean a battery extender you know the attachment that connects to it to make it last longer, aka those cheapy ebay ones they sell for 7 bucks off ebay.

There is no case that holds both but you can try to mod an already exsisting case.

try putting velcro on the back of the case & the top of the extender.
