I just ordered the GRANDTEC GEZ-1000. It takes a VGA signal and converts it to composite (yellow RCA) and svideo. So you will need the VGA cable as well. Also it gets its power from USB, however, you can get one of the USB travel chargers. See this: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProdu...uct_Id=191833# Simply use the wall power supply with the GEZ-1000.

A few places have the GEZ-1000 as cheap as $31 with free shipping. The travel chargers are about $10+shipping on ebay. So for about $45 you end up getting the video converter, a travel charger, and a USB cable for your axim. Not a half bad price.

I just received my GEZ-1000 today and I am happy to report it works great. It came with a USB power cable, VGA cable, svideo cable, and composite cable. I connected it to the the axim VGA cable then to a TV using the composite cable. I then plugged the USB power cable into my USB power adapter which came with my belkin travel charger which I referenced in my previous post. Anyway, I turned on mirror mode and the output looked a little fuzzy then I hit the "fine tune" button on the device and the picture became very clear. The GEZ-1000 also has a overscan button which zooms the image slightly, which is very nice if using the axim in portrait mode. I am very pleased thus far with the picture quality and ease of use. My only real complaint is that this thing ships in two form factors. First is a small box and the other is a bit more streamlined and has all the cables attached (so I dont loose any of the cable). I have the former but would have preferred the later. Even still the device is small enough as to not take up much space in a briefcase, backpack, computer case, or wherever you would normally keep your axims cables. For the price it is also hard to beat. I only wish I had found this device earlier.
