Boxwave problem
I'm pretty sure this is just me, since you people speak pretty highly of boxwave. I made an order on the 12th, and on the 13th they said it was out of stock. On their website it was, however listed as instock? Anyhow I contacted Customer Service...and have yet to receive a reply...

I ordered the Crystal screen protector 3 pack...
The least they could do is send me 3 singles(if they have those in stock).

That's usually what they do. They ship you three singles.

yea..except I can't get a word out of em...is there a phone number? I could not find one on the website?

Sorry, can't help. I've made an order, they delivered it to me. Had no problems, though I'll check whether I still have booklet they sent me. Maybe there's their phone number.

Just ordered from them about 5 days ago and didn't have a problem. Had my new protector 2 days later.

I decided to check my order after reading this thread. I ordered on Jan. 11th, and it says "Awaiting Stock." I'm pissed now. It's crap that they didn't contact me at all to let me know they were out of stock. I've been waiting expecting to get my product all week when I could have ordered elsewhere. Now I have no clue when they will be in stock. My Axim arrives today and I won't have any screen protection for it either. I had this problem with www.buy.com, it took over a month to get my order. It just seems like extremely poor business and inventory practice to me, and completely unacceptable when you don't make your customer aware of the situation.

just be careful with your axim untill you get the protector. They stylus won't scratch your screen...
I keep mine in the dell case so the screen does not get scratched by foreign objects...

My set of 3 were shipped, according to Boxwave, on the 6th Jan. It's now the 16th and I still haven't seen them. Admittedly I'm in the UK but it's only a very lightweight envelope.

Edit: I've just checked on Boxwave's site and my order status has been updated to say estimated delivery date is the 16th so I guess they'll be here anytime.

That's my gripe. I believe it's the business' duty to inform customers of any unforseen delays in fufilling an order. I guess there isn't any real harm done, but I just don't like the lack of communication.

I have the same problem waiting more than 10 days just to find out it is still in production. This is the part of order confirmation email I'v got from boxwave when I ordered more than two weeks ago.
