I use both the regular battery and the extend battery, swapping them between home usage and road usage.

Whats the thinnest case to get for the axim that can work with both types of battery? Have hard time finding one that fits my desires, don't want it bulky =]

You could use the bullguard case which will protect the front of your axim.
