Boxwave screen protectors: do they cover the Axim's screen or not?
I just ordered a Brando Workshop screen protector for my Axim X51v, my purcahse was largely based on the review posted on AximSite.com. However after I ordered it I got a message telling me I should be expecting it in 15-20 days; and if it doesn't arrive within 22 days I should give brando an email. WTF is that? Anyway, so now I'm thinking of just ordering a Boxwave ClearTouch screen protector and sending the Brando Workshop back when it gets here.

The thing is... I'm reading contradictory reviews on the Boxwave screen protectors. The AximSite review says that it doesn't cover the screen enough while others say it does. My question is, does it or doesn't it cover the screen? I prefer a screen protector that fits at least 99.99% of the screen and not only 85%-90%. I'm reading the screen protector poll and it show so many of you own the protector that I feel that it must be pretty good, otherwise i'd be hearing a lot more negative comments. So far the only complaint was from the AximSite review.

So I ask again, does it fully cover the axim x51v screen or doesn't it?

I received my Boxwave Clear Touch Crystal screen protectors this morning (19th January) and whilst I haven't stuck one on yet it covers the screen 100%. You get a smart 'Boxwave' cleaning cloth and an applicator pad too. The screen protectors were marked as for fitting an Axim X50v even though my machine is an X51v and I ordered for an X51v. I presume they are the same size screens?

Another vote for the Boxwave Crystal here, it fits perfectly, covers 100% of the screen on my X51v, got mine from a Canadian dealer on eBay, fantastic service too.

yup it fits. just got mine today and it fits. it seems like it isn't going to fit, but it does. and besides it has the awesome soft wipe thing. my oakley's didn't even have this nice of a micro fiber cloth.

Not to jump on this thread w/ a slightly off topic question, but I'm sure ChrisDaniele might like to know as well.....

Anti-glare or Crystals? I use my PDA as a GPS system as well and glare is a big problem. I've heard that the the Crystals don't produce much glare either. Can anyone comment? Anyone use both types?
