i just bought the belkin 3-in-1 sync charger for my x51v. it looks great, except that it doesn't fit in the 12V socket in my 2001 Nissan Altima. it is just too long. if i hold it next to other plugs i can see that it is around 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer than any plug that fits normally. i guess i must have a freakishly short socket in my car

anyone else have this problem? i guess i will have to return it. it does work if i keep my hand on it and push it in the socket, but as soon as i let go and so much as breath on it, it will pop out.

anyway, thought i'd share in case there are any other '01 altima owners looking at this cable cuz it just won't work

Works fine on my '99 and '05 Honda CR-V's? Bummer.

works fine in my 98 nissan altima which has the same cigarette lighter socket.
