I noticed a potential problem with my new case. At the top left corner where the lid meets the back, it wants to oververlap. If any pressure is put on the lid it will pop and overlap.

Is this normal? I am afraid the extra "closure" will allow the SD card to rest on the screen. I've seen no evidence of this, but it does have me worried.

learned to live with it with mine.

I actually bent the lower piece to match up with the door better. never had an issue with it at all. but I did buy the Innopocket mangum case for the slim profil though. I like the Pdair because I can slip a CF card in a case between the case and my axim just above where the battery is.
