ThinkOutside Keyboard/Mouse Combo - Cheap

Just a note that expansys still has the think outside keyboard & mouse combo on the promotional sale even though it's no longer listed on their website. I got both for under $150 CDN which is cheaper than I can find the keyboard alone. Just email them.

This is a great example of "if you don't ask ... you don't get"

Wow, it took a week and a bit for mine. UPS took the full 7 days and another 2 for processing.

I'm really happy with the set. However, since it is a hassle to carry around (until I find a sling bag or a mini backpack for all my PDA accessories) and quite a hassle to setup (unzip case, undo stand, unfold, etc) I dont use the keyboard unless I know I'm going to be typing a lot. However, without unfold it, it act as a stand and it can sit on my lap really secure. I use it when I'm just on the bus or something and want to watch some videos or something. The mouse is a bit more convenient for when my X51v is far away, like when its charging in cradle. Otherwise, I would still need a stand to hold up the PDA while I use the mouse. Also, it needs more than a lap to use the mouse and sometimes its not always available. To my surprise, it doesnt work on my white table top. It works only on darker surfaces I guess. Anyhow, fantastic set for a fantastic price. I love them and they are a must if you work a lot on your PDA or when you travel.

a quick question for those who uses multiple BT devices...

how many devices can you used at one time ???... or do you have to unpair one in order to use another ???

or is it a "depends" what kind of devices type of answer ???

seems there's been mixed answers I got in the past in regarding to multiple BT devices at one time.

From my personal experience, I've only tried 5 at the most since thats all I have. Mouse, keyboard, phone, headset, and PC. However, though they were all connected, I dont have enough hands to work on everything but I did not have to disconnect one to use the other. It was seamless.

I just tried the patch from this thread:

I'm still having trouble with some functions and devices but its working good so far.
