Chainpus BGP100 Bluetooth Gamepad X51V driver
I ran into trouble installing the drivers for the x51v and I would assume the rest of you did as well that purchased this item...

DO NOT install the X50 drivers... they will NOT work.

Because our X51V's use the oh so lovely Microsoft Bluetooth stack you have to install the i-mate JAM drivers. The Jam uses the same stack that the X51V does and it will work gloriously.

This gamepad is awesome. Even though the axim does not fit I just lean the X51V against something in landscape mode and play S.N.E.S. until my heart is content. Anyway, just thought I would let those of you having trouble know how to get it working with the X51V.

You can purchase one for ~$35 at Geeks.com or you can get one from smartgamepad.com

Once again I'm replying to a xx year old post, but I don't think its right to create a new one just cuz this ones older...

I have an X51v, and the bgp100w, but my version does not have i mate Jam drivers.. just i mate - pda2k, and pocket_pc.

I've tried both with morph gear, and FPSE.

they work to a point...

I can never seem to get the start button to work, and on morph gear when there is a screen that isn't "in game" I can't use my controller at all, so I have to use the virtual input to scroll, and press start to get in.
once in the game the buttons seem ok for ines, but definitely not for snes.
I know nothing of stacks, and what not...

I've only had this thing a couple days, and I've never owned anything like this before... can anyone shed some light on the "stacks", and maybe point me in a better direction than I'm in?
How do I find out the version stack I have, to compare with drivers for other devices?

thanks in advance
