Compatibility Question
Hi all

I was just wandering where there would be any compatibility issues with buying memory cards from the States, and using them in my British bought x51v... You yanks get all the good deals, and technolody leaving us brits in the dark... so was just wandering if there was a region equiv for SD and CF cards like there is for DVDs?

on can I buy away?

(If there isnt a problem, can anyone suggest a good place to get things imported from?)

Cheers

Just buy away...

Have you looked on Ebay? Many of the U.S. vendors (e.g., Newegg) do not ship outside of the U.S., and those that do often tack on awful shipping fees.

There no such standards like PAL/SECAM/NTSC like on the telly when it comes to storage media. Just think of digital camera media. Its the same all over the world. So, no worries, buy the best memory card you can afford.

Cheers.
